Position Overview

Join Mitch Mula - State Farm Agent's agency team and gain valuable hands-on experience in what it takes to become a State Farm Agent. In this role, you'll have the chance to build meaningful customer relationships in the community while promoting State Farm's top-tier products, including auto, home, and life insurance. This position provides a unique opportunity to experience agency operations firsthand and explore the exciting path toward becoming a State Farm agent yourself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend the right products and services to meet those needs.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including assisting with inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, claims, and billing.
  • Develop the skills needed to successfully manage and operate a business.
  • Learn how to market and sell a wide range of products, including property/casualty, life, health, and banking services.
  • Work closely with the agent to gain insight into their role, office operations, and the day-to-day responsibilities of running an agency.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
